Our Gear Service Division… The Gear Service division of G&N Rubicon operates as a separate entity with its own management team, workflow systems, and support structure. Within hours of receiving your parts, our staff has prepared and approved the manufacturing planning, and your job is entered into our comprehensive shop scheduling system. Your job is routed through our facility with pre-determined inspection points to insure that your parts meet all of your specifications and requirements. Throughout the process, your parts remain highly visible to all levels of our management team as they move through the shop. After a comprehensive final inspection, your parts are carefully packaged and shipped according to your instructions.

Our Capabilities… G&N Rubicon has the widest range of gear manufacturing capabilities under one roof, anywhere. Our gear cutting services include: Hobbing, Shaping (up to 56 Rc), Straight Bevel, Spiral Bevel, Worm Gear, and Hard Hobbing. We offer gear grinding services for: Gears, Splines, Spiral Bevels, and Curvic Coupling. We maintain our quality assurance system in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, AS9100:2004 Rev. B, and comparable AGMA (American Gear Manufacturing Association) quality standards through Class 14.
