Mel Edwards, President GNR Services Division

Mel is the chairman and majority stockholder of G&N Rubicon. He has over 33 years of experience in the manufacturing of high-performance gear related parts. He is a graduate of U.S.C. and a former combat infantry officer in the United States Army.

Frank is an accounting professional with over 30 years experience in the manufacturing environment. He has earned both a B.S. degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and Masters in Business Administration from Cal State Dominguez Hills.

Ken Lininger, COO

Ken has a mechanical engineering degree from University of Louisville and has been involved in the machining industry for over 15 years, with the last 6 in Aerospace. He is currently directing all daily operations of the business.

Steve has 19 yrs experience in the Aerospace Gear Manufacturing Industry. He specializes in engineering management, manufacturing systems integration, cost estimating and material processes.

Basim Gergis, Director of Quality

Basim has a B.S. in mechanical engineering and is a certified Quality Auditor and certified Quality Engineer. He has 5 years experience in establishing, implementing and improving quality management systems, and 8 years experience in mechanical inspection. Basim is a member of the American Society for Quality, and is responsible for all aspects of quality at G&N Rubicon.

Amir Rodolf, Quality Assurance / Administration Manager, GNR Service Division

Amir is a certified Quality Engineer and a member of the American Society of Quality with 3 years of experience working within Aerospace Machining operations and ISO 9001:2000 AS9100 quality systems. He is responsible for the quality and administrative aspects for the service division.

John joined G&N Rubicon in January of 2008 in a primary role of optimizing the machining operations. John has over 10 years experience machining exotic materials for the Aerospace Industry and is a former United States Marine.

Marilyn has worked in the Aerospace Industry over 25 years. Her knowledge ranges from accounting to management and operations. Currently for G & N she operates as the Senior Account Manager for all GNR Custom Division customers.
